A member of the U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division fires his M60 machine gun at a tree line in the Filhol Rubber Plantation near Củ Chi. Nicknamed “the pig” for its bulky size and the sound it made when fired, the M60 was 3 feet 7 inches long, weighed 28 pounds when loaded, and fired 550 rounds per minute.
