This Viet Cong flag was brought back from Vietnam by Senior Chief Interior Communications Electrician Robert T. Gallagher.
“Eagle” Gallagher was a member of SEAL Team 2 Detachment Alpha. He was awarded the Navy Cross for extraordinary heroism on March 13, 1968.
