Unique Partnership of Military Institutions Brings Notable Authors to the Midwest

Next Thursday at 6 p.m., Chicago’s Pritzker Military Museum & Library will host author Stuart Goldman for the most recent in series of lectures sponsored by the United States Naval Institute, a cooperative arrangement that has brought several authors from the East Coast to Chicago in recent months. According to Museum & Library President & CEO Kenneth Clarke, who hopes to continue to partner with the Annapolis, Md.-based Institute in the future, the union of likeminded organizations was conceived as a way to highlight the works of certain military historians and authors who otherwise had no plans to visit the city. Read more.
